PsychicSoleil Psychic & Mediumship Reading Policy

Thank you for choosing PsychicSoleil. My intention is to provide a respectful, supportive, and professional experience for every client.
Please review this policy before booking a psychic or mediumship reading. By purchasing and participating in a reading, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Booking & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Please verify your appointment date, time, time zone, email address, and contact information when booking.

Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to change your appointment, please contact PsychicSoleil at least 24 hours before your scheduled reading.
With at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule your appointment to another available time without a rescheduling fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your reading at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may choose to:
•    Reschedule your reading to another available appointment, or 
•    Request a refund of the reading fee. 
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
This policy exists because the appointment time has been specifically reserved for you and may not be possible to fill on short notice.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled reading and have not contacted PsychicSoleil in advance, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments are non-refundable and normally cannot be transferred to another appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive late, I will make reasonable efforts to provide your reading during the remaining scheduled appointment time. However, your appointment may still end at its originally scheduled time so that other clients are not delayed.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment may be treated as a no-show.

Late arrival does not entitle the client to an extension of the appointment or a partial refund.

If PsychicSoleil Needs to Cancel Occasionally, illness, emergencies, technical problems, or other unexpected circumstances may make it necessary for PsychicSoleil to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If I need to cancel your reading and we cannot provide the scheduled service, you will be offered your choice of:

A full refund, or Rescheduling to another available appointment.
You will not lose the value of your reading because PsychicSoleil had to cancel the appointment.

Technical Difficulties

For online or telephone readings, clients are responsible for having a working device, internet or telephone connection, and access to the platform being used for the appointment.

If technical problems occur, please contact me as soon as possible.
When a significant technical problem is on the PsychicSoleil side and prevents the reading from taking place, I will work with you to reschedule the appointment or provide an appropriate refund.
Age Requirement PsychicSoleil readings are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By booking a reading, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Mediumship Readings

Mediumship is personal and inherently unpredictable.
While the purpose of a mediumship reading may be to receive information associated with a deceased loved one or other spiritual communication, PsychicSoleil cannot guarantee that a particular deceased person, spirit, guide, or specific information will come through during a reading.

Please do not book a reading based on an expectation that a particular person or specific message is guaranteed. 

A reading also cannot guarantee a particular outcome, prediction, answer, or future event.

Psychic Readings

Psychic readings are intended to offer spiritual insight, perspective, reflection, and guidance.

Information received during a reading should be considered alongside your own judgment, circumstances, and personal decision-making.
The future is not necessarily fixed, and decisions, circumstances, and other factors can affect outcomes.

Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

Psychic and mediumship readings are not medical or mental-health services and are not substitutes for care from qualified physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, counselors, or other licensed healthcare professionals.

PsychicSoleil does not diagnose illnesses or mental-health conditions, prescribe medication, recommend stopping prescribed treatment, or provide emergency mental-health services through psychic or mediumship readings.

If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you or another person is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service rather than relying on a psychic or mediumship reading.

Information discussed during a reading should not replace advice from a qualified attorney or other appropriate legal professional.
Clients remain responsible for their own legal decisions and actions.

Financial Disclaimer

PsychicSoleil does not provide professional investment, tax, accounting, or financial advice through psychic or mediumship readings.

Please consult an appropriately qualified professional before making significant financial, investment, tax, or business decisions.

Personal Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions before, during, and after a reading.

A psychic or mediumship reading should be used as one source of personal or spiritual insight, not as the sole basis for significant medical, legal, financial, relationship, employment, safety, or other major life decisions.

No Guaranteed Results

Every reading and every client's experience is different.
PsychicSoleil does not guarantee the accuracy of every impression, interpretation, prediction, message, or piece of information provided during a reading.

No particular personal, spiritual, relationship, financial, career, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Confidentiality & Privacy

I respect the personal nature of psychic and mediumship readings.
Information you share during a private reading will be treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to applicable law and the terms of our Privacy Policy.

PsychicSoleil will not intentionally publish your name, photograph, testimonial, recording, or personally identifiable reading details for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Please understand that no internet, telephone, video, or electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Recording Readings
Please ask for permission before recording a reading.

Because PsychicSoleil operates in California, consent requirements can apply to the recording of confidential communications. A reading should not be secretly recorded.

If PsychicSoleil wishes to record a session, your permission will be obtained first.

Respectful Conduct

PsychicSoleil reserves the right to end or refuse a reading when a client engages in threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or otherwise seriously disruptive behavior.
A refund may not be provided when a session is terminated because of the client's serious misconduct, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property

Any original written materials, exercises, handouts, recordings, educational materials, or other proprietary content supplied by PsychicSoleil remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a reading does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit PsychicSoleil materials or content.

California Law & Consumer Rights

PsychicSoleil operates in California.

Nothing in this Reading Policy is intended to waive or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under California or other applicable law.
