Welcome to PsychicSoleil.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PsychicSoleil website, online store, products, digital content, psychic and mediumship readings, and related services.
Throughout these Terms, "PsychicSoleil," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of PsychicSoleil. "You" and "your" refer to the customer, website visitor, purchaser, or user of our services.
By accessing our website, purchasing a product, booking a reading, downloading digital content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

1. Eligibility

Psychic and mediumship readings are offered only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
By booking a reading, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Availability is not guaranteed.
3. Psychic & Mediumship Readings
Psychic and mediumship readings are intended to provide spiritual insight, personal reflection, perspective, and guidance.
Mediumship is inherently unpredictable. PsychicSoleil cannot guarantee that a particular deceased loved one, spirit, guide, message, or specific piece of information will be communicated during a reading.
Likewise, no particular prediction, result, outcome, or future event is guaranteed.
Information received during a reading should be considered alongside your own judgment and circumstances.
You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.
All readings are additionally governed by our Psychic & Mediumship Reading Policy, including our cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, and refund provisions.
4. Professional Advice Disclaimer
PsychicSoleil's spiritual content, psychic readings, mediumship readings, books, digital products, and educational materials are not substitutes for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional services.
We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment through psychic or mediumship services.
We do not provide legal representation or professional financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice through readings.
If you need professional assistance in one of these areas, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Never disregard appropriate professional advice or delay seeking necessary assistance because of information received through PsychicSoleil.
5. Emergencies
PsychicSoleil is not an emergency, crisis, medical, or mental-health service.
If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.
Do not rely on a psychic or mediumship reading to respond to an emergency.
6. Orders and Purchases
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping information when applicable, and payment information.
You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it.
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment problems
- Pricing or listing errors
- Product unavailability
- Fulfillment limitations
- Suspected unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no applicable product or service has been provided, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You agree to pay the amount presented and accepted at checkout.
We may correct genuine pricing, typographical, or technical errors.

8. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical product unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
Digital purchases are generally final once the content has been delivered or made available for download, subject to our Digital Download Policy and applicable law.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem, receive the wrong file, receive a corrupted file, or are charged more than once because of an error, contact:

9. Digital Product License
Unless a product expressly provides different licensing terms, purchasing a PsychicSoleil digital product grants you a:
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You are purchasing permission to use the digital content. You are not purchasing the copyright or ownership of the intellectual property itself.
Unless expressly authorized by PsychicSoleil in writing, you may not:
- Resell digital products
- Redistribute purchased files
- Share download links
- Upload files to file-sharing websites or groups
- Reproduce digital products for commercial sale
- Sell printed copies of digital products
- Modify our content and resell or distribute it
- Claim our content, artwork, writing, or designs as your own
- Use our products to create substantially copied competing commercial products

Unless otherwise stated, original content made available by PsychicSoleil, including original:
- Text
- Books
- Journals
- Guides
- Worksheets
- Graphics
- Artwork
- Designs
- Logos
- Product designs
- Educational materials
- Videos
- Photographs
- Audio
- Written content
- Digital products
- Website content
is owned by or licensed to PsychicSoleil and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase of a product or service does not transfer ownership of PsychicSoleil intellectual property.
No PsychicSoleil content may be reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.
11. Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Certain PsychicSoleil physical products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed through a print-on-demand fulfillment provider.
Because these products are made to order, returns and exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or personal preference are generally not accepted.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information before ordering.
12. Shipping
PsychicSoleil currently provides standard online shipping for physical merchandise within the United States.
Customers outside the United States who are interested in purchasing a physical product may contact:

International fulfillment may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Availability, shipping costs, customs requirements, taxes, duties, and delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.

13. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us immediately if you discover an address error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
14. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Different rules apply to digital products, print-on-demand products, and psychic or mediumship services because of the nature of those products and services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
15. Reading Appointments and Cancellations
Reading appointments are reserved specifically for the client.
Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice in accordance with our Psychic & Mediumship Reading Policy.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment and no-shows are generally non-refundable.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without contacting PsychicSoleil may be treated as no-shows.
If PsychicSoleil must cancel a reading and cannot provide the scheduled service, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment or an appropriate refund.

16. Testimonials and Reviews
Customers and clients may voluntarily provide reviews, testimonials, comments, or other feedback.
Submitting feedback does not automatically authorize PsychicSoleil to disclose confidential details from a private reading.
If we wish to use personally identifiable client information, photographs, recordings, or private reading details for promotional purposes, we will obtain appropriate permission.
17. Recordings
Do not secretly record a private psychic or mediumship reading.
Please request permission before recording a session.
If PsychicSoleil wishes to record a private session, appropriate permission will be requested first.
18. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the PsychicSoleil website, products, services, or content to:
- Violate applicable law
- Commit or facilitate fraud
- Infringe intellectual-property rights
- Distribute malicious software
- Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
- Scrape or harvest customer or website data unlawfully
- Harass or threaten PsychicSoleil, its representatives, or other users
- Misrepresent your identity or payment authorization
- Redistribute protected digital products without authorization
We may restrict access or decline service when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, intellectual property, or systems.

22. Product Appearance
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, and images accurately.
However, colors may appear differently depending on screens, device settings, printing processes, materials, and manufacturing variations.
Minor variations inherent in print-on-demand production are not necessarily product defects.
This does not affect your rights regarding genuinely defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PsychicSoleil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, products, digital content, or services.
PsychicSoleil does not guarantee particular outcomes from psychic or mediumship readings, spiritual practices, books, journals, digital content, or other educational materials.
