The Empress. All things grow in divine timing.
Card III of the Major Arcana, and in tarot the card of abundance, creativity and care, the garden in full bloom. She sits crowned in roses on a throne carved with the symbol of Venus, a golden scepter in one hand and a songbird at the other, with a fawn and a lioness at her feet and a waterfall at her back.
The words around her carry the card's meaning in brief: create, nourish, nurture, manifest; abundance, beauty, compassion, divine feminine.
