Which archangel is your favorite?

Every tradition that speaks of archangels names them a little differently. The Catholic Church names three: Michael, Gabriel and Raphael. The Book of Enoch names seven, adding Uriel, Raguel, Sariel and Remiel. The Eastern Orthodox Church honors Selaphiel, Jegudiel and Barachiel, and sometimes Jeremiel. In Islam they are Jibril, Mikail, Israfil and Azrael. Modern angel practice works with fifteen, adding Ariel, Chamuel, Haniel, Jophiel, Metatron, Raziel, Sandalphon and Zadkiel.

Most of their names end in "el," meaning "of God." Michael is "who is like God," the protector. Gabriel is "God is my strength," the messenger. Raphael is "God heals." Uriel is the light of God.
