Your thoughts shape your reality.
Elegant gold typography above a woman in profile, with her thoughts becoming the night sky — lavender flowers, emerald foliage, stars and constellations rising from where the thinking happens.
The claim behind the phrase is an old one, and it is usually stated far too strongly. Thinking about a thing does not summon it. What thought reliably does is quieter and much harder to argue with: it decides what you notice, what you keep returning to, and what you are ready to act on when the chance actually appears. A mind rehearsing what might go wrong finds the evidence for it. A mind rehearsing what it wants finds that too.
Whether anything beyond attention is at work is a question this design does not settle, and the people worth listening to on it do not settle it either.
For anyone doing the slow work of changing the conversation they have with themselves.
Enrich your wardrobe with a versatile long sleeve tee. For a casual look, combine it with your favorite jeans, and layer it with a button-up shirt, a zip-up hoodie, or a snazzy jacket. Dress it up with formal trousers or chinos to achieve a more professional look.
