A guided journal for recording signs as they happen, rather than reconstructing them later.

The prompts ask for the plain facts first — what, when, where, what you were thinking about — and only then for what you made of it. That order is deliberate. Memory rewrites a coincidence into a message very quickly, and a record made at the time is the only defense against it.

Whether a pattern emerges is the reader's to judge. The journal simply makes the judging possible.
